Professional Standards Act 2003 (Vic)

Under the Professional Standards Act 2003 (Vic) and the Scheme approved under that Act, the liability of the firm, its partners, associates and employees or contractors is limited to a maximum sum of $500,000, where the fee for the engagement is up to $50,000, or ten times the fee (subject to $50 million ceiling) for fees in excess of $50,000.

In the event you do not wish to receive such communications, you can opt out by contacting Ax3 or through any opt out mechanism contained in a marketing communication to you. Ax3 will not use or disclose credit-related personal information for direct marketing purposes.
